Project Overview
This project is implemented at a suburban agricultural processing plant in Northern Europe. Built on the original hardened cement floor of the factory, the tent is fixed with pre-embedded anchor bolts without large-scale civil pouring works. The main structure adopts 6061-T6 aviation-grade aluminum alloy profiles paired with 850g/㎡ double-coated low-temperature resistant PVC fabric, fully adapting to the Northern European climate featuring large day-night temperature differences, long-term rainy and humid weather, and salt-containing air. Adopting a modular assembly structure, the tent features fast installation and can be disassembled and stored in off-seasons. It effectively solves the seasonal storage shortage for raw material warehousing and finished product delivery in autumn and winter, serving as a supplementary temporary turnover warehouse for the factory.

The agricultural processing industry has obvious seasonal differences. After autumn harvest, centralized raw material warehousing and bulk finished product export lead to insufficient capacity of fixed factories, while idle factories in off-seasons continue to generate high infrastructure and heating maintenance costs.
Northern Europe has heavy snowfall in winter. Ordinary simple sheds have insufficient load-bearing capacity and are prone to deformation under snow accumulation. Iron frames easily rust and damage in long-term humid environments, resulting in high annual maintenance and replacement
The local winter low temperature can reach minus 25°C. Ordinary thin tent fabrics have poor thermal insulation performance, and the excessively low indoor temperature will cause fresh raw materials to be frost-damaged and deteriorated, affecting processing quality.
Conventional small storage sheds are equipped with dense internal supporting components, making it impossible for heavy-duty forklifts and freight trailers to enter completely for loading and unloading, leading to low cargo turnover
The factory has ongoing planning adjustment demands. Permanent buildings cannot be relocated, and the approval cycle for new factory expansion lasts several months, failing to respond to short-term storage expansion demands in a timely manner.

30m clear span column-free interior with square and open space, enabling simultaneous entry and loading of multiple heavy-duty forklifts and semi-trailers for raw material and finished product handling.
The main aluminum alloy profiles feature low temperature resistance, snow load resistance and salt spray corrosion resistance. The tent fabric resists cracking under low temperature and withstands rain and snow, with a reusable outdoor service life of 10–15 years
Full aluminum alloy modular splicing structure supports assembly for stock storage in peak seasons and complete disassembly and packaging in off-seasons, enabling transfer and reuse in other factory areas.
The tent is equipped with basic thermal insulation and snow resistance performance, with reserved ventilated windows on side walls to balance internal temperature and humidity and avoid raw material frost damage and condensation mildew.

Independent pedestrian side doors realize vehicle and pedestrian separation. Matching pre-embedded anchor bolt kits are fixed on the original factory cement floor without ground chiseling and pouring, ensuring no impact on normal factory production and traffic
