Arcum Aluminum Alloy Tents for Material Storage & Temporary Office in Middle East Sports Parks
29/06/2026Project Overview
This project is constructed in a professional urban football sports park, built on leveled hardened sandy ground of the park and fixed with pre-embedded anchor bolts without large-scale civil pouring. The main frame adopts 6061-T6 aviation-grade aluminum alloy profiles matched with 850g/㎡ double-sided high weather-resistant PVC fabric. The whole tent adopts integrated modular assembly with welding-free splicing structure and short construction cycle, which can be disassembled, stored and transferred in off-seasons. The interior is divided into storage areas and independent office lounge areas to solve the long-term shortage of equipment storage and temporary event office space in sports parks.
Client Requirements
Client Pain Points
Sports events have obvious peak and off seasons. The construction cost of permanent venues throughout the year is high, and continuous operation and air conditioning maintenance fees still need to be paid during idle periods. Football and physical training equipment stacked outdoors are aging and damaged under long-term strong sunlight, and sand wind erosion accelerates equipment loss.
Summer temperatures in the Middle East stay above 45℃ for a long time. Ordinary iron support frames are prone to rust, while thin fabrics have poor heat insulation and sunshade performance, resulting in excessively high indoor temperature that cannot be used as office or player rest space.
Conventional small storage sheds are equipped with dense internal support columns, making large training equipment and transfer trolleys unable to pass smoothly, leading to low efficiency of goods sorting and equipment handling.
Municipal sports venues prohibit long-term excavation and construction of permanent buildings. The approval cycle of traditional buildings is lengthy, so storage and office space cannot be supplemented quickly before large-scale events.
The park contains multiple sports fields, and fixed buildings cannot be relocated. Repeated investment is required to build supporting storage for each pitch, bringing high overall operation costs.
Mandatory Procurement Requirements
25m clear span column-free interior space available for zoning layout. One side for sports equipment storage and the other for event office and player rest, supporting simultaneous operation of multiple transfer vehicles and staff.
Aluminum alloy profiles feature salt spray resistance and high-temperature oxidation resistance to adapt to coastal sand wind environment. The tent fabric delivers high sunshade heat insulation and anti-UV performance with 10–15 years of outdoor recycling service life.
Modular aluminum splicing structure for operation during event peak seasons and complete disassembly & packaging in off-seasons, transferable for reuse on other pitches in the park.
Reserved external air conditioner mounting points matched with side wall ventilation structure to lower indoor temperature and meet the demands of office and short-time personnel rest.
Customized Plan Details & Professional Supporting Services
Custom Product Design (Realistic Details of Aluminum Profiles & Tent Fabric)
Polygon Aluminum Alloy Main Profiles
The overall polygon frame adopts 6061-T6 aviation-grade aluminum alloy profiles with double-layer anodized surface treatment. Integrally bent without segmented welding or truss structure, it delivers stable wind and sand resistance. The streamlined slope of polygon roof is optimized for natural sliding of rainwater and sand to avoid roof accumulation.
High-Temperature Resistant Tropical PVC Tent Fabric Parameters
850g/㎡ double-coated industrial PVC fabric is selected to effectively reduce basic indoor temperature. All fabric joints adopt high-frequency seamless thermal welding without pinhole gaps, preventing rainwater and fine sand from penetrating indoors to protect sports equipment and office devices.
Zoning, Ventilation & Matching Mounting Points
Simple partitions can be installed inside the tent to separate storage zones and independent office lounge areas. Multiple standard external air conditioner mounting positions are reserved on side walls matched with openable ventilation doors to balance indoor temperature and humidity. Widened sliding freight doors are set on the front plus multiple independent pedestrian side doors to separate equipment transfer and personnel passage.
Foundation Fixing Method
Matching pre-embedded anchor bolt kits are fixed directly on hardened sandy ground of the park without large-area concrete pouring. No ground damage remains after disassembly, fully complying with municipal sports venue specifications.
Optional Upgrades
Indoor partition guardrails, low-voltage LED lighting circuits, inner sunshade fabric, simple partitions for player rest, wind resistance reinforcement cable kits.
Full-Set Professional Supporting Services
Full-Cycle Remote Technical Support: Step-by-step installation videos and material test reports are provided, with dedicated overseas technical specialists offering real-time online guidance for local construction teams to complete assembly, reinforcement and disassembly.
Stable Batch Production for Bulk Orders: Batch production is arranged for centralized large event orders with strictly locked delivery and construction cycles to ensure all supporting spaces are fully ready before events.
Long-Term Spare Parts Reserve: Aluminum alloy fasteners, tent fabrics, doors, windows and sealing accessories are in permanent stock for fast sea freight replenishment to avoid shutdown of storage and office areas during events.
Flexible Size Fine-Tuning: The total tent length, air conditioner mounting points and freight door width can be adjusted on demand to adapt to the park’s expanding event scale and equipment storage volume year by year.
Implementation Outcomes & Client Testimonial
Project Outcomes
Reduced Sports Equipment Loss: The 850g double-coated sunshade fabric blocks strong sunlight and sand wind to stop equipment aging from outdoor exposure, greatly cutting equipment maintenance and replacement costs. The constant indoor temperature also supports long-term placement of office devices.
Composite Space Utilization: The tent integrates goods storage and temporary office rest, eliminating the need to build two separate areas and saving park land resources and construction investment.
Perfect Adaptability to Extreme Middle East Climate: 6061-T6 aluminum alloy profiles resist high temperature, sand wind and offshore salt spray without rust or deformation after years of use. The thickened weather-resistant fabric maintains intact performance without cracking, water seepage, fading or aging under year-round intense heat, heavy rain and sandstorms.
Higher Goods Transfer Efficiency: The 25m column-free open space allows direct entry of equipment trolleys and small trucks, eliminating secondary manual handling and obviously accelerating goods sorting and distribution speed.
Recyclable Site Utilization: No civil reconstruction and no damage to park hardened ground. The full aluminum tent can be completely disassembled and transferred to other pitches for repeated long-term use with one-time investment, lowering continuous park expansion costs.
Authentic Client Testimonial (Sports Park Operation Manager, UAE)
We lack storage and office space for every football tournament, and permanent buildings cost too much to maintain all year round. This curved tent built with 6061-T6 aluminum profiles perfectly meets our dual needs of sports equipment storage and temporary office. The aluminum frame never rusts in our sandy, salty coastal environment, and the 850g double-coated PVC cover greatly lowers indoor temperature when matched with air conditioners. It was fully installed before the league match, and we can disassemble and reuse it on other pitches later. The supplier provided complete English technical documents and clear installation guides.
